Fraktpolicy
We send orders with DHL Postnord and Fedex. Your order will be delivered in your mailbox or to your nearest agent if it does not go down in the mailbox.
Orders placed before 12 noon on weekdays are usually sent the same day. If you want the package to be sent at a later date, you can enter it on the checkout page under comment. For larger campaigns and holidays with a high load, we can unfortunately not guarantee that your order will be sent the same day, but we always pack and send in turn.
The packages are delivered with DHL, Postnord and Fedex and are distributed on weekdays, according to conditions. Normal delivery time is about 3 weekdays after the chosen shipping date if it does not say order item with another date.
Delivered / notified to private individuals and company addresses. Business packages - Delivered only to business addresses.
We do not take financial responsibility for any delays depending on the shipping company.
If you discover damage to the package, you must immediately report this to the post office or other carrier and report a damage.
Do not pick up a damaged package! If you do not discover the damage until you have opened the package, and the damage is of such a nature that it can be attributed to the handling of the post office or the transport company, you must contact them and make a claim report. If any dispute with the post office or the transport company cannot be resolved, please contact us.
